Tenant building that looks like a stack of vessels

Since the site is not very large, it was necessary to secure the maximum volume and to make it a simple structure with narrowed down elements.

In addition, the area around the site was rebuilt all at once by the land readjustment project, so it was difficult to imagine the completed form of the entire city including the neighboring land at the planning stage. In view of such circumstances, we aimed to create a vessel-like building that can flexibly respond to the newly reborn surrounding environment and future changes in the city.

By lowering the structural wall facing the façade one step below the surroundings and changing the finish, the presence is diminished, and the appearance emphasizes the stacking of each floor.
